On October 21st, the celebration of the 110th anniversary of the establishment of the Western Returned Scholars Association (WRSA) was held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Mr. Xie Zhengbin,The directors of Russian Returned Scholars Association of W.R.S.A., the number of Qingdao municipal committee of Chinese people’s political consultative conference, the general manager of the company of shine resources (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. was invited to participate in the celebration ceremony and delivered speeches at the parallel sessions. He said, “It’s a great pleasure to attend the today’s ceremony. I listened to the congratulatory letter of President Xi with excitement. It is excited that the role and contribution of overseas students were highly appreciated and ardent expectations were held by our president. Study aboard is to serve our county better. The innate character of overseas students is patriotism and serving our country is their deep-rooted conviction. During more than 20 years of studying and working in Russia, I always fulfilled my obligations and commitments with concrete actions. In the past ten years, under the initiative of the Belt and Road and within the framework of SCO cooperation, my team and I have helped Chinese industrial products enter into the Russia’s market and the market of countries along the belt and road to release China’s production capacity, let more people know Chinese standards, and sped up the implementation of series in "small and smart" projects and Huimin projects.”

As products serve as the carrier of culture, we will tell China’s stories well and make the voice of China heard through the products.

I will lead our team to make efforts to deepen the international cooperation of belt and road initiatives and make contribution to build one Belt and Road’s new development stage with higher level and quality.
