Our initial team, founded in 2008, exports power systems and Oil & Gas equipment to many countries and regions such as Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Mongolia. In the past 15 years, we have successively established a service center, Design & Research institute and construction company in Russia and Irkutsk. Taking advantage of the market of The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member countries and the team from scientific research institutes,China University of Petroleum, Shine Resources (Qingdao) Co., Ltd., an enterprise of Industry-University-Research was founded in Qingdao.
