Our team has been in operation since 2008. Over the past 17 years, we have successfully marketed electrical equipment and oil & gas equipment in Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, and other countries. Moreover, we’ve successively established an after-sales technical service center, a design institute, and an engineering contracting company in Moscow and Irkutsk.
Leveraging the SCO's Local Economic and Trade Demonstration Zone, we founded Shine Resources (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. in the Qingdao Free Trade Port Area. This strategic move helps us tap into opportunities and expand business reach.

Development History

2008-2009

Our team was established and entered the Russian power market.
2010-2012

The export business of 35KV and 110KV transformers, instrument transformers, etc., was gradually launched, marking the start of the development phase for high-voltage power equipment exports.
2013-2014

High - voltage power equipment exports, such as 110KV, 220KV, 500KV transformers; 126KV, 252KV bushings; 525KV reactors; and disconnectors, to countries like Russia and Mongolia have matured.
2015-2017

High-voltage power equipment exported by our team accounted for over 70% of China’s export market to Russia. The machine tool project was initiated in 2019.
2018-2021

We executed the largest concrete mixing plant project in Russia’s Siberian and Far Eastern regions, which was successfully commissioned. The newly added smart meter export business, after three years of development, captured over 90% of China’s export market to Russia.
2022-2023

Building on existing power equipment projects, we fully expanded into businesses including machine tools, oil and gas equipment, mechanical equipment, and medical devices.
2024-2025

A logistics division was added to support import-export operations, with extensive experience in China-Russia specialized transportation lines. We ensure precise control over the entire cargo transportation process, providing efficient services for Sino-Russian trade.
