Our initial team, founded in 2008, exports power systems and Oil & Gas equipment to many countries and regions such as Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Mongolia. In the past 15 years, we have successively established a service center, Design & Research institute and construction company in Russia and Irkutsk. Taking advantage of the market of The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member countries and the team from scientific research institutes,China University of Petroleum, Shine Resources (Qingdao) Co., Ltd., an enterprise of Industry-University-Research was founded in Qingdao.

2008-2009

Team integrating, marketing research and sales network building to start business.
2010-2012

Export business of 35kv transformer,110KV transformer and current transformer have graudually developed.The export of high-voltage electrical equipment enjoys rapid growth.
2013-2014

Products and services expands significantly and stability in the market of Russia and Mongolian. The products include 110kv transformer，220kv transformer，500kv transformer，126kv bushing， 252kv bushing, 525kv reactor and isolating switch.
2015-2017

High-voltage electrical equipment have a market share of 70% among the Chinese high-voltage electrical that exported to Russia, New project is launched.
2018-2021

After 3 years' joint efforts, the market share of smart meter exported to Russia in the new project account over 90%, at the same time, the export volume of High-voltage electrical equipment is increased steadily. the peoject of machine tool got under way in 2019.
2022-2023

Based on the original program, a concrete mixing station, the largest one in West Beria and the Far East area is undertook and completed. At the same time, we make futher advances in the sales of machine tool, petroleum and gas production equipment, mechanics and medical devices.
