General manager assistant

Foreign Trade Accounting

Job responsibilities:

1. Understand relevant national policies and calculations, financial and tax regulations, accounting systems, and government positions, such as customs declaration and export tax refunds, and be able to communicate smoothly with various departments such as taxation;
2. Familiar with foreign trade accounting processes and methods, able to independently complete the entire set of financial processing and accounting for enterprises, declare export tax refunds, etc;
3. Independently and timely complete tax declaration, tax refund declaration, and other work. Familiar with online tax declaration and export tax refund declaration is preferred.;
4. Responsible for the preparation, storage, and archiving of financial related documents such as accounting vouchers;
5. Handle daily banking matters for the company.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by department leaders.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or related fields, with experience in foreign trade accounting being a priority for recruitment
2. Possess a solid foundation in accounting, proficient in operating office and financial software
3. Need to have a sense of teamwork and service awareness
4. Possess good professional ethics and be honest and trustworthy

Project manager

Job responsibilities:

1. Independently complete communication and coordination with customers via email, phone, and order operations
2. Familiar with certain suppliers, distributors, and industry knowledge
3. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to analyze, judge, and solve problems.
4. Responsible for customer reception and internal document translation.
5. Accurately review the contract and confirm relevant information.
6. Timely track the status of orders, identify and resolve issues.
7. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of orders and documentation, timely collection of payments, and confidentiality of customer information and information.
8. Actively obey the work arrangements of superiors.

Job requirements:
